Cataracts can be diagnosed in comprehensive eye exams. Once the doctor has determined that a patient has cataracts then they are able to prescribe a treatment. This treatment may or may not involve surgery at that time. If surgery is needed then our office will refer the patient to a specialist and assist in post-surgery visits.
